FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Members must apply to be a member. Follow this link to register your interest and we’ll create an account for you.

    Once you have created an account, you can choose to continue using the desktop version to book and cancel your classes or download Android or iOS Momence mobile app.
    When using the Momence app, sign in using the same details and ELEVATE will appear as one of your studios.

  • ELEVATE is equipped with all equipment for your convenience.

    We recommend bringing active wear that is comfortable and flexible to allow safe mobility for the exercises. Clothes with buckles or zip are not suitable to keep you and our equipment safe. Some of our classes require closed shoes, bring your sneakers. We also recommend bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and towel for goof hygiene practices!

    Our instructors cater to all fitness levels and limitations - we can’t wait to see you in the studio.

  • Yes! The gym is open from 6am - 10pm, however, it is not available during gym class times. Click here to view the Open Gym timetable

    Did you know we also have workouts you can follow and track your progress? Once you have gained access, download Android or iOS Momence mobile app, sign in to your account and select the ‘workouts’ tab.

  • We are located in the basement at 5 Bowen Crescent.

    The building is open from 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday. Outside of these hours, you won’t be able to walk in without a swipe card.

    If it’s your first time, our instructor will meet you in the lobby. However, we do recommend booking a tour to familiarise yourself with the space first.
