When using the Momence app, sign in using the same details and FHQ will appear as one of your studios. If it doesn’t, you will need to follow this link to create an account first.
Wellness Centre is equipped with all equipment and sweat towels for your convenience. We recommend binging active wear that is comfortable and flexible to allow safe mobility for the exercises. Clothes with buckles or zip are not suitable to keep you and our equipment safe. Some of our classes require closed shoes, bring your sneakers. We also recommend bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
