Member since Feb 2026What were you hoping to achieve when you joined ELEVATE?
I just wanted to feel healthy again and get active again.
What surprised you the most about being a member?
I was honestly surprised by how, with minimal equipment, the program manages to train every part of your body. I was also surprised by how addictive it became and how naturally it became part of my life.
How has coming to ELEVATE impacted your life?
I’ve lost weight, and I’m back to the shape I was in my early 20s. I’ve also started running, and I’ve made some really good friends, including all the trainers. It has become an important part of my life.
What would you say to someone looking to try ELEVATE?
Honestly, I’d love to gatekeep this amazing place. But because I want to see Bekki achieve whatever she wants to achieve in life, I’d tell them: you’ll be sorry for yourself if you don’t join ELEVATE!

Karen wanted to start Pilates, I was looking for somewhere nearby originally just for her and found you on google maps! Elevate was just around the corner from home, I popped into the gym to check it out and surprise, surprise, you were there doing a little tidying up … Once you explained how you started in the business, what led you to opening Elevate, your purpose, the variety of classes and structure, we did the one-week trial and were hooked!
What keeps you coming back?
We keep coming back for a couple of reasons, apart from the absolute convenience and class times, (Elevate is 100 metres from home), the session structure, variety, and the fact we can get in and us in 45minutes after having a pretty solid hit out. In addition, the team you have pulled together, both instructors and members, has created a really nice and supportive community!
Have you achieved something you didn't think you could?
Having played competitive sports a long, long, long, long time ago, not so much as achieving something I didn’t think I could, just the surprising reminder of the fact that a consistent and regular approach to training can make a profound difference to fitness, strength and definitely injury prevention!
